不确定信息下雷达系统效能评估方法

为了对雷达系统进行正确的效能评估,提出一种将偏好规划引入到雷达系统效能评估中的方法。该方法引入偏好规划理论,采用多层值树进行建模,将RICH法的应用范围拓展到多层值树的求解中,提出了基于多层值树的权重算法,并对雷达系统效能评估进行仿真示例验证。仿真结果证明,该方法有效,可在不确定信息条件下对雷达的效能优劣进行排序。     

基于ASP语言与故障树技术的阳极保护故障诊断系统的研发

介绍了网络环境下阳极保护设备故障诊断系统的总体结构及关键技术,并提出采用故障树分析技术和基于ASP语言相结合的故障诊断方法.该故障诊断系统包含数据诊断、故障查询及浏览3个模块,便于用户自主选择模块进行故障诊断、排除.该系统可有效提高阳极保护设备的管理及维护水平,有良好的经济效益.

全面介绍了在ABB公司的DCS系统软件CBF中采用ST语言编写程序及在程序中创建数组及其应用。其中对ST语言的语法和结构、数据表格的转化、数组的创建、数组元素的传递和应用进行了阐述;并对含有数组程序的自定义功能块的调用和采用ST语言编写自定义功能块、程序的细节及需要注意的问题进行了分析和强调。     

Probabilistic stability of uncertain composite plates and stochastic irregularity in their buckling mode shapes: A semi-analytical non-intrusive approach

In this study, the mechanical properties of the composite plate were considered Gaussian random fields and their effects on the buckling load and corresponding mode shapes were studied by developing a semi-analytical non-intrusive approach. The random fields were decomposed by the Karhunen−Loève method. The strains were defined based on the assumptions of the first-order and higher-order shear-deformation theories. Stochastic equations of motion were extracted using Euler–Lagrange equations. The probabilistic response space was obtained by employing the non-intrusive polynomial chaos method. Finally, the effect of spatially varying stochastic properties on the critical load of the plate and the irregularity of buckling mode shapes and their sequences were studied for the first time. Our findings showed that different shear deformation plate theories could significantly influence the reliability of thicker plates under compressive loading. It is suggested that a linear relationship exists between the mechanical properties’ variation coefficient and critical loads’ variation coefficient. Also, in modeling the plate properties as random fields, a significant stochastic irregularity is obtained in buckling mode shapes, which is crucial in practical applications.     

一种基于QML 和GPU 编程的实时显示软件

为实现国产自主可控,基于国产CPU 和麒麟操作系统,采用Qt 元语言(qt meta language,QML)和图形 处理器(graphics processing unit,GPU)编程的模式设计一种跨平台的实时显示软件。详细阐述基于QML 的软件架构 设计,并对软件设计中的QML、C++及GPU 的通信模式、QML 下CPU+GPU 编程实时显示性能优化方法以及QML 显示控件设计等关键技术进行说明,验证其应用。结果证明：该模型具有可靠、稳定、高效和跨平台等特点,满足 实时显示应用要求。     

传统园林语言对现代景观设计的启示

传统园林发展史源远流长,在建筑史上占据重要地位,“因地制宜、山水为主、植物诗情画意、空间层次变化”是其建造的基本手法。本文通过对传统园林语言的总结和对现代景观设计的分析,探索传统园林语言的现代化道路。     

Integrating MultiWordNet with Italian Sign Language lexical resources

A novel Italian Sign Language MultiWordNet (LMWN), which integrates the MultiWordNet (MWN) lexical database with the Italian Sign Language (LIS), is presented in this paper. The approach relies on LIS lexical resources which support and help to search for Italian lemmas in the database and display corresponding LIS signs. The lexical frequency analysis of the lexicon and some newly created signs approved by expert LIS signers are also discussed. The larger MWN database helps to enrich the variety and comprehensiveness of the lexicon. We also describe the approach which links the Italian lemmas and LIS signs to extract and display bilingual information from the collected lexicon and the semantic relationships of LIS Signs with MWN. The users can view the meanings of almost one fourth of the lemmas of MWN in LIS.

NLP-based faceted search: Experience in the development of a science and technology search engine

An appropriate promotion, distribution and dissemination of scientific, artistic and technology developments can foster the collaboration between a country’s productive and academic sectors. The purpose of this paper is to present a novel search engine aiming at helping people to access science and technology advances, researchers and institutions working in specific areas of research. Our search engine first collects information disseminated on the Web in academic institution sites and in researchers personal homepages. Then, after intensive text processing, it summarizes the information in an enriched and user-friendly presentation oriented to non-expert users. Stable performance and an acceptable level of effectiveness for automatic named entities recognition indicate the potential of our approach for bridging the gap between the heterogeneous and unstructured information available on the Web about the research and development advances in a country and the innovation required by the productive sectors.
